IT-Technician

Guide users on how to operate new and existing software and computer equipment
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure the functionality
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
(experience in the retail or hotel business would be an asset)
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Good organizational skills
• Automated simple tasks
• Advanced Estonian and English language skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Valid driver’s license
