IT Support Team Lead

We're looking for a driven and passionate IT Support Team Lead to join our vibrant international team. 

Responsibilities include day-to-day workload management of IT specialists and the coordination of work within the team. You'll maintain high level of IT support to all parties concerned while driving process improvements (including process automation) and cooperation across departments.

You'll also manage technical projects to support the business as well as procurement of hardware.

• 3+ years of IT industry experience
• 2+ years of team management experience
• 1+ years of experience with desktop support
• Experience executing IT projects (25+ workstations)
• Bachelor's degree in IT domain or equivalent
• Interest and wide knowledge of trends in IT
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
