Your main responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and deliver a high level of customer service.
Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets, incidents, and service requests within agreed service levels.
Take ownership of end-user issues, ensuring they are properly investigated, communicated, and resolved.
Maintain workplace IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.
Manage the full lifecycle of workplace equipment, including preparation, deployment, inventory management, replacement, and retirement.
Install, configure, and support standard hardware, operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.
Support office and label printers, scanning workstations, and other operational technologies used within the business.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and workplace IT documentation.
Serve as the primary local IT contact for office users and work closely with DPD Baltic IT teams.
Assist with troubleshooting local network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Participate in workplace IT improvements, office projects, and new technology implementations.
Work with external suppliers and service providers when required.
Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes.
Provide backup support for local infrastructure operations, including basic network and server administration activities when needed.

What we expect from you:

At least 3 years of experience in IT support, workplace services, or IT operations.
Experience providing technical support in a corporate environment.
Strong customer-service mindset and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Experience working with ticketing systems and managing support requests.
Experience supporting Windows workstations, laptops, and end-user technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common workplace IT solutions.
Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle processes.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Basic knowledge of server and network administration principles.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and take ownership of responsibilities.
A structured, proactive, and service-oriented approach to work.
