The role of a customer support specialist at Autobahn Technologies OÜ is is diverse and combines customer support, technical thinking, and knowledge of systems. It is a key role where you are in daily contact with our clients and help ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience on our vehicle sales platform.
Your main responsibility is to support clients through various channels (phone support is not provided), resolve their questions and issues, and guide them in using the system. You also participate in system testing to identify potential bugs and areas for improvement, and provide input to the development team.
In addition, you support the onboarding of new clients, conduct user trainings, and create and update training materials. You also monitor client-specific developments and help evaluate their effectiveness.
This is a dynamic role where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the development of an innovative platform.
