Job Description

The role of a customer support specialist at Autobahn Technologies OÜ is is diverse and combines customer support, technical thinking, and knowledge of systems. It is a key role where you are in daily contact with our clients and help ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience on our vehicle sales platform.

Your main responsibility is to support clients through various channels (phone support is not provided), resolve their questions and issues, and guide them in using the system. You also participate in system testing to identify potential bugs and areas for improvement, and provide input to the development team.

In addition, you support the onboarding of new clients, conduct user trainings, and create and update training materials. You also monitor client-specific developments and help evaluate their effectiveness.

This is a dynamic role where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to the development of an innovative platform.

Requirements

  • Poola keele oskus

Otsime eelkõige kandidaati, kes valdab poola keelt, kuna see on rollis oluline igapäevatöö jaoks. Samas ei ole see formaalne nõue – kui sobiva kogemuse ja profiiliga kandidaati ei leidu, oleme valmis kaaluma ka teisi tugevaid kandidaate.

  • Kogemus tarkvara testimise või kasutajakoolituste läbiviimisega

We are primarily looking for a candidate who speaks Polish, as it is important for the day-to-day work in this role. However, this is not a formal requirement – if a suitable candidate with the right experience and profile is not found, we are open to considering other strong candidates.

Considered a plus:

  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Experience in the car sales industry
  • Experience with software testing or conducting user training

You are independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You enjoy communicating with clients and are capable of finding solutions even in more complex situations.
