What you will do
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding (e.g., preparing welcome materials, organizing orientation sessions)
- Handle HR administration and reporting tasks
- Provide support in the Workday system
- Draft internal communications together with managers and supervisors
- Facilitate development sessions according to your skills, interests and possibilities
- Support special projects and initiatives
- Contribute to selected UPM Plywood–level HR initiatives
Who you are
- You have completed at least some relevant university or college level studies
- You are proactive, result driven and have excellent networking, communication and influencing skills
- You have a strong motivation to grow into a proven HR professional
- You are proficient in Estonian and English
- You have a solid sense of confidentiality and discretion

We are looking
We are now looking for an Intern, HR Specialist for a fixed-term contract to join our UPM Plywood HR team in Otepää, Estonia. The starting date can be agreed with the selected candidate, and the internship will last approximately six months.

The position holder will report to the HR Director, Plywood Production & Operations, while working closely with the HR Manager of Otepää Mill.
