Job Description
HR Service Center administrator is part of a centralised team delivering HR Shared services at Konecranes. You will have a vital role as we focus on delivering exceptional customer service to employees and HR colleagues on HR system & process inquiries, gather and process data, solve problems, maintain data integrity and provide document support. You will work with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SAP SuccessFactors to perform transactions, maintain and update employee data & documentation.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide HR system & process support and advise on various HR inquiries with high customer orientation and service attitude through using chat, email, telephone and portal channels.
- Maintain employment data of employees following agreed HR processes, such as hires, internal transfers, terminations, onboarding, exit interviews, creating performance management documents etc.
- Administer training process and register trainings in our Learning management system.
- Contribute in knowledge base maintenance & development.
- Created reports related to exits, trainings, performance management etc.
- You may also work on some individual projects as needed.
Requirements
What should you bring?
Excellent communication and interaction skills are crucial as this role is much about co-operating and interacting with our employees & stakeholders, HR colleagues and team members. Your customer service attitude and approach enable you to successfully handle different HR related support activities.
- Previous experience in HR, Customer Services or Backoffice.
- Education in HR field is an advantage.
- Detail orientation and ability to stay focused and keeping a positive attitude also when working under pressure.
- Interest in working with system and tools and have good Excel skills.
- Goal-orientation, high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
- Work fluently in English and Finnish (written, spoken).
- Ability and readiness to work in shifts to cover different time zones (for example: Mon-Fri in morning or evening shift).
