One of the world’s most delicious restaurant chains is looking for a new HR coordinator!
We are looking for a self-driven individual to join our international HR team as an HR Coordinator in Estonia, as our current coordinator is moving on to new challenges. We offer a permanent position with a 40-hour work week and flexible working hours. The start date is as soon as possible, but can be agreed upon. You can work remotely or from our lovely office in Saue depending on your preference.
What does the job involve? As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing various HR tasks and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
???Providing employment advice to restaurants and creating and updating HR guidelines.
?Collecting statistics and tracking data to meet HR and management needs.
???Maintaining and improving the recruitment system.
?Monitoring job advertisements and ensuring the success of the recruitment processes.
✍️Assisting at various stages of recruitment, including processing applications, candidate communication, and developing job advertisement templates and recruitment materials.
What is needed to succeed in this role?
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and react quickly to shifting situations. Relevant education and work experience are significant advantages. This role involves working as part of the international HR team, so in addition to Estonian, proficiency in English is also essential.
