- Lead the Estonian team in designing and developing high quality learning activities for employees and leaders in Swedbank;
- Be a part of Swedbank Academy management team with mission to continue the journey to strengthen our offering and further develop Academy people and our way of working;
- Take the lead/sponsorship for an competency area or a project to be delivered across our four home markets;
- Work in a matrix and to be a member of the local Estonian HR management team where you will be the representative for Swedbank in learning and development.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as a leader or a senior HR manager in a global environment;
- Strong stakeholder and project/change management skills (previous experience in group wide projects/change management would be advantage);
- Excellent communication skills with a pedagogic approach, English and Estonian (both verbal and written);
- Ambitious and eager to learn new things and continuously develop yourself;
- Value-driven leader with a passion to build and develop high performing teams.
