KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop the quality function;

  • Ensure handling of internal nonconformities (RCA/CAPA) and support critical cases;

  • Oversee incoming and in-process inspections and quality controls;

  • Maintain and improve quality procedures/instructions and ensure staff awareness/training;

  • Manage supplier quality and claims (incl. follow-up actions);

  • Coordinate customer complaints handling and drive continuous improvement in production.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management system principles;
  • Higher education in engineering or a related field;
  • Work experience in quality within a manufacturing environment;
  • Good command of English and Russian.
  • Estonian is a benefit.Ability to work with documentation, strong analytical skills, attention to detai
