Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Quality function, ensuring effective resource management, competence development, and succession planning.
Define and drive the Quality Strategy, aligning quality objectives with business goals and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure customer and supplier quality performance, including complaint management, audits, corrective actions, supplier development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor quality performance and business KPIs, driving data-based decision making and effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support operational excellence and new product introduction, ensuring robust quality planning, risk management, and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, business performance, organisational development, and long-term company success.

Requirements
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Higher education in related area: engineering, manufacturing, management
More than 2 years professional experience in the similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality management, including proven record of work with ISO standards
Quality tools (APQP, PFMEA/CP, PDCA, complaint management) and ERP experience
Fluent English, conversational Russian
