To forge a world-class KYC Operations function that balances iron-clad compliance with a lightning-fast, seamless customer experience. Architect the Future: You won't just manage a function; you'll design its vision and strategy. You will set the roadmap for how we make our processes more compliant, efficient, and scalable, with an unwavering focus on the customer.
Build an Engine of Excellence: You will transform our customer onboarding journey, leveraging data and user insights to create an experience that is both robust and intuitive. From optimizing our vendor ecosystem to implementing cutting-edge metrics and governance, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence.
Cultivate a Generation of Leaders: Your people strategy will define career paths, foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and ensure we have the right leaders in place to execute our ambitious vision.
This role is for you if you are:
A Seasoned Operations Leader: You have a proven track record of 10+ years in Operations (ideally KYC/AML, financial crime, compliance or a related function) and 8+ years of experience leading and scaling large, multi-locational teams.
A Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture. You have deep fluency in the global KYC/AML regulatory landscape and can translate complex requirements into actionable, forward-looking strategies.
Data-Driven to your Core: Data is your compass. You are adept with analytics tools (like Looker, Superset) and use them to uncover insights, drive decisions, and measure what matters.
An Exceptional Communicator & Influencer: You can articulate a compelling vision to diverse audiences, from your team on the ground to C-level executives. You build strong relationships and can collaborate effectively across the entire organization.
