As Founding Operator, you are the person who builds a B2B text messaging startup company alongside the 4 Founding Operators. You coordinate the design agency and development partners, set up every piece of business infrastructure from WordPress, AWS to Stripe, build the content and SEO foundation, make product design decisions, and later own marketing, growth, and US client relationships.
In month 1, you're configuring Google Workspace and claiming social handles. In month 4, you're reviewing Figma wireframes, flagging spec mismatches, and testing MVP. In month 8, you're writing the launch blog post while monitoring the first Stripe test payment. You integrate Merge.dev for data sync and make custom workflows with make.com
This is not a traditional job. After 12 months in Tallinn, the best have the opportunity to work from our US California office on a company-sponsored L-1 visa. We will have a US entity specifically structured for this. Top performers qualify for EB-1C green card sponsorship — a permanent path to America if you wish.

Nice to have (any, not all): startup experience, SEO or growth marketing background, familiarity with SaaS metrics or B2B sales, working knowledge of APIs and cloud hosting, experience in telecoms or CPaaS like Twilio, Messente, or TextMagic. Southwestern Advantage sales experience or any other experience in an American company gives bonus points.
Based in Tallinn and after 1 year, change to relocate to the Californian office or work remotely anywhere in the world.
Fluent English (C1) speaking/writing as the working language is English.
T-shaped generalist: broad skills across marketing, operations, and technology with depth in at least one area.
AI-native: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Higgsfield or similar tools are part of your daily workflow, not something you've tried once. You can show your skills and tools at the Ülemiste campus on a job interview.
Owner mentality: you don't wait for task assignments, you name your own next assignment.
There's no employee handbook — you'll write one for yourself.
Not suitable for 9-5 people as weekend work and overtime may be needed.

OWNERSHIP & CAREER PATH

5% equity stake with 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff — real option agreement under Estonian law, not a handshake promise. First 5 will get 5% of the company, so in the first round, 25% of the company will be distributed.
Salary 2,800€–3,800€/month gross. 5000€ salary when the company starts to make a profit.
10% annual raise.
