GET READY TO:
- Collaborate with product and process owners within the bank to improve customer and employee experience.
- Promote the efficiency of processes and improve customer experience.
- Ensure professional assessment of complex situations and customer complaints, making thoughtful and fair decisions.
- Identify enhancements in customer service processes and drive the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge materials and guidelines.
- Create training content and deliver training sessions or knowledge refresh workshops.
- Ensure employees have the competencies needed to provide high‑quality service.
- Support customer service in daily operations.
- Provide professional written communication with cooperation partners and customers in an email environment.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Professional experience in the banking field.
- Developed collaboration and communication skills that promote targeted and effective problem solving.
- Accurate, responsible and result-oriented personality with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability and willingness to share accumulated experience in the field of banking products and processes, promoting joint growth.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team.
- Excellent Estonian and English language skills, both oral and written.
