What You’ll Do:
- Lead external events by managing everything from concept to execution.
- Coordinate all details: suppliers, venues, production, marketing materials, schedules, and team roles.
- Create promotional materials for events, including internal promos.
- Organize internal culture events, such as team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, and company gatherings.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, HR, and leadership to keep events aligned with our brand and message.
- Be on-site during key events to manage flow and solve issues.
- Provide clear reporting, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for future events.

- Strong project management mindset — organized, structured, and comfortable leading cross-team processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support and coordinate events on-site.
- Confident collaboration skills — able to align designers, marketers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Comfortable taking ownership and acting as the main point of contact in critical moments.
