Data Analyst

That's millions of verified identities a year and a lot of people working behind the scenes to help make the lives of millions, and one day billions, of people safer online.

You would be working with Verification Operations teams in Veriff, whose day to day is analyzing hundreds of data points in a matter of seconds to determine whether the people we see on the computer screen are real and presenting real information about themselves. 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Taking ownership of analyzing the foundational performance metrics for our Verification teams: decision making speed and accuracy.
• Helping the Verification teams understand where we have opportunities to work smarter and have higher return on our resource investments.
• Supporting the Verification teams in resource planning by improving volume forecasts and capacity management.
• Supporting other Verification team members in helping them make data-driven decisions.

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Proven track record of distilling actionable insights from large datasets
• Solid SQL skills
• Strong communication skills - you’re able to present findings in a concise and clear manner verbally and visually
• Ability to work independently, but love working in a team 

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

• Some experience in coaching/mentoring as we have many team members analysing this data for daily decision making
• Familiarity with BI platforms (we use Looker and Redash)
