About the role, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail in Danish and English language. Our support team only processes incoming calls primarily in Danish language and sometimes also in English
Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly

Start date: June or July (depending on candidates availability)

Working hours: Work in 8h shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM till 8 PM

Location: Work from home (in Estonia) or office (Tallinn & Tartu)

Our recruitment process consists of a short phone interview, an online test, finally an interview (in Danish and English) and a background check. If we turn out to be a match, we'll be happy to make an offer!

Requirements

To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
