Job Description

About the role, as a Customer Support Specialist for our Reima client, you will be responsible for

  • Bringing great customer service to the customers via primarily email/chat, but also inbound phone calls
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure a positive experience
  • Handle Finnish customer cases but also assist English when needed

Start date: 6th of January, 2026.

Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 - 17:00

Location: Work from home or office (Maakri 19/1, Tallinn & Soola 3, Tartu)

Contract: Permanent, with a 4 month probation period

To do great in this role

  • You must be fluent in Finnish and have a good command of English
  • A positive attitude & mindset towards customer service
  • Decent technical skills to handle our systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is not mandatory, but appreciated!
  • Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team
