MyOrganicCompany is looking for a Customer Support Representative to help our clients in North America. The number of consumers using MyOrganicCompany to buy baby food is increasing dramatically and we need help! Historically, our customer satisfaction rating is above industry averages and buyers love using MyOrganicCompany to shop and discover. We need someone to help keep the standard high and raise the bar even more.

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing a front line queue of questions from our Website buyers, solving issues by coordinating between our clients and suppliers, and assisting in other support related tasks to improve the buyer experience on our Website. All of this will be done with the aim of creating a seamless and exceptional experience for our growing community of buyers.

If you are service-first oriented, have good interpersonal skills, high EQ, and are laser-focused on providing the very best support to our buyer community in a fast changing environment, we want to talk!

Things you'll need to be successful: 

• Mastery / Native English language skills (including: writing, speaking, listening)  
• LiveChat, E-Commerce, and Shopify experience is a plus
• College degree is a positive but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in Internet support or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
