Main responsibilities:

Processing incoming orders and customer inquiries from different countries

Informing clients about production timelines and order status

Coordinating work with other company departments (logistics, warehouse, sales, etc.)

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely order fulfillment

Supporting sales and customer service processes

Maintaining and updating information in the company’s electronic systems

Preparing reports and working with data when required
