Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to proactively grow our B2B market share. You will be responsible for securing corporate room contracts and large-scale conference bookings by showcasing our unique combination of central location, top-tier meeting technology, and world-class spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Segment Growth: Drive revenue specifically from the corporate sector, including local and internationa lbusiness accounts.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate travel buyers and MICE(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners.

Market Positioning: Monitor Tallinn’s competitive hospitality landscape to adjust pricing strategies andcapture new business opportunities.

Networking: Attend local business forums and trade fairs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Estonian and English is required; knowledge of Finnish or Russian is a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in corporate sales, ideally within the Tallinn hospitality or conference market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel PMS systems
  • Traits: A result-oriented negotiator with a passion for delivering the Park Inn by Radisson service philosophy.
