MAIN TASKS ARE:
Lead and scale a geographically distributed, multi-language Claims team as part of our Quality & Compliance Department.
Own end-to-end Claims Management across production, installation, and material damage cases (incl. insurance).
Ensure structured, KPI-driven handling of cases (SLA adherence, resolution time, cost control). Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce recurring nonconformities.
Standardize processes, documentation, and training to ensure consistency across markets.
Act as the central interface between claims, production, installation, sales, and resellers to strengthen prevention and feedback loops.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Fluent English (C1-C2) and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, Dutch, or French.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability totake initiative, make decisions, and driveaccountability.
• Strong communication skills to lead distributedteams and collaborate with externalstakeholders.
• Analytical and structured approach to resolvingcustomer and insurance claims.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focuson process optimization and customersatisfaction.
• Solid TI literacy, including MS Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
