Chief Marketing Officer (iGaming)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our team and to elevate the performance of the largest iGaming company in Eastern Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current CRM processes, optimize and plan related activities.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and implement a high-level Marketing strategy and goals/targets that drive profit and complement business objectives.
  • Lead market research and ROI analysis, defining challenges and opportunities.
  • Be external and internal promoter of innovative marketing ideas and products.
  • Create and implement market strategies for new products and features.
  • Develop a long-term growth strategy, including consistent performance analysis and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate closely across executive level engineering, design and operation to deliver a fully unified product approach and deliverance.
  • Control the spend and optimize blend of channels to hit growth targets in a resourceful manner.
  • Develop/review/refine Marketing strategies for each of Product and brand including product positioning, pillars, campaign roadmaps and media/channel mix with a view to increasing ROI.
  • Ensure Brand awareness and promotion through effective marketing strategies including new products, launches, top industry events, and promotions.
  • Manage CRM effectively (retention, reactivation, cross selling, VIP management), control of the CHURN and bonus costs.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build "Customers" and "Partners" loyalty programs, brand awareness, and increase their satisfaction.
  • Plan and manages the design, content, and production of all marketing materials

Requirements

  • 3-5 years+ of experience working at a senior level within the online gaming business is a must.
  • Experience of managing a significant P&L essential.
  • Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications.
  • Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems.
  • Analytical competencies / mindset.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.Growth focused, goal-oriented individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an energetic and inclusive manner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations.
  • Strong project management/programme management skills.
  • Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with 3rd parties across technology, marketing and operational areas.
