Chief Human Resources Officer (iGaming)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team and to elevate the performance of the largest iGaming company in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and establish the HR vision.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including establishing standards and current practices.
  • Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Working with the local HR and Business Leaders to identify training needs and subsequently support the development and rollout of offerings for professional development.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational results, employee performance, retention, and employee motivation.
  • Champion the development of high potential employees.
  • Evaluate the organizational structure in diverse locations for optimal business performance.
  • Diagnose, identify problems and drive appropriate solutions using creative change management strategies.
  • Provide management coaching in order to establish strong foundational leadership bench strength and to create and develop the culture in the company.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years+ of experience working at a senior level within the online gaming business is a must.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality.
  • Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered a plus point
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives
  • Fluency in English & Russian language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
