We are Paul Badran Architects and Kitchens by Paul — a Stockholm-based architecture and interior design studio delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects across Sweden and Europe. Our clients expect flawless execution and our team reflects that standard.

We are expanding our installation team and looking for experienced tradespeople who want stable, well-paid work on premium projects — not short-term gigs.

English is a must — our team and clients are international and clear communication on site is essential.

Open Roles

• Builder — Wall construction & structural work
• Gypsum / Plaster Specialist — Gypsum board, plastering & partitions
• Painter — Finishing & decorative paint
• Floor Tiler — Tile, hardwood & laminate floor installation

We are looking for people who

• Speak English confidently — this is a firm requirement
• Have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in their trade
• Understand that quality and precision are non-negotiable
• Are reliable, professional and team-oriented
• Are open to relocating to Stockholm or travelling for European projects
