Tamro Baltics is looking for a Baltic Warehouse operations and continuous improvement specialist to support and develop our warehouse business processes across three distribution centres in the Baltics.

In this role, you will focus on warehouse and distribution centre processes - analysing, standardising and improving them. Ideal candidates have practical experience in large distribution centre operations (4,000 m²+) and are eager to grow into a Pan‑Baltic position in the pharmaceutical wholesale sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive innovation, development, and continuous improvement activities within warehouse and supply‑chain process streams to increase efficiency, improve service quality, and raise productivity.

  • Maintain, update, and develop warehouse and supply‑chain business processes and SOPs, ensuring alignment with group standards and local Baltic requirements.

  • Support the localisation, rollout, and adoption of new processes, tools, and systems across the Baltic distribution centre network.

  • Develop and monitor operational performance metrics, integrate them into the management system, and propose corrective or preventive actions.

  • Identify, analyse, and implement process improvements using LEAN / Kaizen methods and other continuous improvement tools.

  • Work closely with distribution centre teams and cross‑functional partners to strengthen process excellence and operational effectiveness.

  • Support Logistics and Supply Chain management teams by identifying improvement opportunities, conducting process audits, and following up on agreed actions.

  • Monitor and report on key process indicators, escalating risks and proposing improvement measures when needed.

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training related to new or updated warehouse processes and improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing and executing annual operational plans for distribution centre activities.

  • Ensure all business process and SOP documentation remains accurate, up to date, and accessible.

  • Participate in group‑level initiatives to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices and innovative operational solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Mandatory: Practical, hands‑on experience in large distribution centre warehouse operations (4,000 m²+).

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or business process roles.

  • Understanding of LEAN / Kaizen principles and motivation to apply continuous improvement tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in process analysis or improvement work.

  • Good skills in Power BI or similar data‑analysis tools; basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work across different Baltic sites.

  • Good command of English.

  • Willingness to travel within the Baltics (up to 30%).
