B2B Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Actively seeking new B2B clients and building long-term relationships with existing business customers;
  • Visiting and supporting existing B2B clients while identifying opportunities for upselling;
  • Understanding customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions;
  • Achieving sales targets and delivering consistent results;
  • Monitoring the market and competitors, and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • Sales experience or knowledge of automotive parts (an advantage);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently;
  • A valid category B driving license.
