AI-Powered Technical Generalist (Automation & Systems)

This is a hands-on technical role, not a people management position. You'll be the person who takes a business problem ("we need this to work") and figures out how to make it work: researching, testing, building, and integrating the right tools, without needing a detailed spec to start from. If you're the person everyone comes to when something technical needs to just work, this role is built around that.

What you'll do:

• Build AI agents and automations that solve real operational problems. For example, a system that scans company email daily and flags who hasn't responded to a client, which deadlines are slipping, and what needs urgent attention
• Connect systems that don't naturally talk to each other, such as email, CRM (Bitrix), SharePoint, and Excel, via APIs and webhooks, so data moves and updates automatically instead of manually
• Turn messy, large scale research into something usable. For example, pulling technical data across dozens of competitor products and building a clear comparison that supports business decisions
• Act as first line technical troubleshooter. When software breaks, an integration fails, or someone's setup isn't working, you dig in and fix it
• Support the business with digital production when needed, including presentations, documentation, and occasional content
• Get handed a vague problem ("we need this to work, figure out how") and own it end to end, from picking the right tool to shipping a working result

• You learn new tools fast, on your own, without needing training or hand holding
• You've used AI tools (ChatGPT/OpenAI) to build things that are actually in production, not just for occasional help with writing
• You've connected systems via APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, or similar) and shipped something that runs unattended
• You're fluent in Excel: formulas, data structuring, not just basic spreadsheets
• Fluent English, plus fluent Russian or Estonian
• You'd rather build the solution yourself than hand it off. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports

• Experience running or maintaining a website, blog, or social media presence
• Familiarity with a CRM system, ideally Bitrix
• Basic presentation/document design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar)
