Are you a passionate automotive enthusiast who dreams of working with one of the most iconic luxury car brands in the world? Luxury Motors OÜ is seeking a talented and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our service department in Tallinn.
Main ObjectiveTo build and manage a profitable, high-performing service department, ensuring full workshop utilization, exceptional customer satisfaction and flawless process execution across all brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively expand the customer base by attracting service clients from both represented and other premium brands, ensuring full workshop capacity and sustainable business growth.
- Lead and develop the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and premium quality standards.
- Manage aftersales operations for Maserati, Aston Martin and XPENG according to manufacturer requirements.
- Ensure all workshop activities, documentation and procedures meet brand and legal standards – including warranty and insurance repairs.
- Oversee spare parts and warehouse management, ensuring correct stock levels and process accuracy.
- Analyze workshop capacity, productivity, and financial results – continuously improving performance and cost efficiency.
- Minimize repeat repairs through strong quality control and technician training.
- Ensure all vehicles receive required software updates and technical bulletins according to manufacturer standards.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive follow-up, CRM management and service retention activities.
- Lead, train and motivate the service team, creating a results-oriented and professional environment.
- Participate in official manufacturer training programs and implement best practices locally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or in Business Administration with automotive industry experience.
- 3 + years of experience in managing an automotive service or aftersales department.
- Strong technical understanding of both internal combustion and electric vehicle systems.
- Proven ability to manage profitability, team performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of service processes, warranty and insurance handling, parts operations, and documentation management.
- Strong analytical mindset and leadership skills.
- Fluent Estonian, English (Russian is a plus).
