Administrative Assistant

Day-to-day activities of our perfect candidate are:

• Handle daily administrative and office tasks
• Communicate with clients and respond to emails
• Expand and maintain the client database
• Assist with basic sales-related activities and client outreach
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
• Support management with various tasks when needed

   

Requirements for our perfect candidate are:

• Languages: fluent knowledge of English (fluent) /Russian (min. B1) /Estonian (is an advantage)
• Fast computer skills (sending emails, searching for clients, creating contracts and other day-to-day activities)
