Your tasks are to:

Post customer payments and cost invoices to system;
Prepare and upload weekly invoice payment run;
Prepare and upload Draft/direct debit files;
Post payment files and record other bank transaction in the system;
Analyze and process customer claims;
Accounts Payable and Receivable accounts aging follow up;
Supplier Master Data maintenance;
Prepare audit documents related to area of responsibilities;
Month end tasks related to area of responsibilities;
Support in accounting matters to local sites.

You are successful having:

Education in Accounting or at least 3-year experience as an Accountant preferably in an international company;
Experience in working with accounting software/ERP system;
Very good knowledge of oral and written English;
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles;
Good computer skills, Excel is must-have;
Ability to plan work both individually and as a team member;
Ability to meet deadlines.
