E-Commerce Project Manager

We are looking for an

E-Commerce Project Manager

to take our brand to the next level - in Estonia and beyond

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management: oversee e-commerce development projects and new market initiatives
• International expansion: research and evaluate new markets, build entry strategies, and manage execution
• Cross-team collaboration: work closely with marketing and sales teams to align activities with business goals
• Platform optimization: improve user experience, sales funnel performance, and conversion rates
• Partner & vendor management: coordinate logistics, payment solutions, and marketplace integrations
• Analysis & reporting: define KPIs, track performance, and develop actionable insights
• Innovation & growth: identify and test new tools and technologies to keep us one step ahead of the competition

What We Expect from You:

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce project management or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully entering international markets with an online store
• Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to align multiple teams toward common goals
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
