Job Description

  • Welcoming and assisting incoming VIP customers, promoting ongoing campaigns and upcoming events, also cross-selling to our online casino.
  • Overviewing game progress on-site.
  • Keeping data up to date with needed statistics.
  • Managing personalized rewards and VIP treatments.
  • Collaborating closely with the casino manager and other teams to address customer issues and requests effectively.
  • Gathering customer data and insights to enable personalized customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, and English languages is required.
  • Experience managing High-Value profiles.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • While experience in the Gambling/Gaming Industry is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement for this position.
