Senior Corporate Banking Lawyer

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert legal services in the areas of corporate credit, property, and corporate law.
• Offer strategic legal advice on corporate banking and transactions, ensuring the highest standards.
• Deliver timely and high-quality legal consultations on Estonian and EU legislation and regulations (e.g. ESG).
• Support the development, launch, and withdrawal of products and services.
• Manage legal documentation.
• Participate in workshops organized by field-specific associations and organizations.

What you already have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably with experience counselling business units.
• Master’s or equivalent degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of financial, corporate, credit, and property law.
• Advanced proficiency in both oral and written Estonian and English.
• In-depth understanding of European legislation and its practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-confidence, independence at work, and ability to predict possible outcomes and an unequivocal stand for oneself.
