Business Analyst

We are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team in Tartu, Estonia to be the vital link between our IT capacity and business objectives. You will play a crucial role in our software product team, bridging the gap between business needs and the technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, gathering insights from data, and providing valuable recommendations to enhance our software product.

What you will be doing:

• Communicate with both the Clients and the internal Operations team to understand and clearly define any gaps
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement
• Document business requirements, analysis findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
• Recognize the need for a more technical skill set in certain topics and cooperate with a system analyst to enhance the solution given to developers
• Help product owners and project managers with analyzing solutions based on their goals
• Communicate the solution’s ruleset and expectations to developers in a clear standardized manner e.g. flowcharts and written specifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in analytics, project management or IT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources.
• Ability to visualize and document requirements
• Knowledge of Agile development
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
