Junior Sales Specialist

We have big goals in Estonia and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Specialist to join our team.

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Estonian, Russian and English language skills  (minimum B2 level)
• Desire to cold call
• Having a category B driver’s license
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus, but not required
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
• Research and identify potential clients in Estonia
• Communicate product/service offerings and value propositions to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking events
• Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop sales strategies and achieve team goals
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Track sales activities and update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
