Business Development Manager Baltics

Responsibilities:

• Research strategically prioritized areas, sectors, and target accounts to uncover potential business opportunities
• Support the development of regional sales strategy
• Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined sales strategy
• Actively seek clients, analyze the market, and develop unique sales approaches
• Establish strong relationships among current and potential clients
• Negotiate contracts, generate client proposals and close deals to meet business objectives
• Coordinate business growth and profitability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and B2B sales, business development
• Experience or deep understanding of timber business or another sector would be considered as advantage
• Ability to thrive in a competitive business environment, understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Specific sector competence and forwarding experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills
