ECommerce Senior Client Service Specialist

Job Description

 Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Organization of the work of the contact center in Estonia
  • Working with internal customer service systems (eClient, TCG) 
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Preparation and presentation of various reports, conclusions, suggestions
  • Maintains customer records by updating information
  • Preparation, implementation, maintenance of methodological information, team training (customer service standard, complaint handling procedure, etc.)
  • Debt management

Requirements

We are waiting for You to have:

  • You have at least 2 years of similar work experience in e-commerce customer service
  • Perfect knowledge of Estonian, Russian and English
  • You have good organizational skills, you react quickly to changes, you are confident, you are a motivated and dynamic personality
  • You have analytical thinking, you know how to make a quick decision
  • You have leadership qualities
  • PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • You like to create and implement innovations that improve processes and activities
  • You have a good command of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Work experience with AXAPTA - a very big advantage
  • Multi-tasking - let's say that is Your new best friend!
