Porter - Concierge in a Five Star Hotel

The successful applicants will be responsible for all key performance of hotel areas:

Greeting guests to the hotel, Assist guests with luggage, concierge arrangements & transport requirements which also includes parking guests cars if needed.
Assist with a variety of Front Office duties including switchboard and upkeep of both public areas and back of house areas
Assist our housekeeping department in all areas

Minimum requirements are excellent guest service skills, ability to use initiative and work under pressure and outstanding attention to detail.
It is essential for this role that you possess an eye for detail and have a can do attitude
Also driving license valid in Estonia is essential for successful candidate.

You will have the flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekend
