SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (COMMUNICATION)
This position supports daily communication work by preparing content, updating channels, and helping improve how eu-LISA shares information internally and externally.
This position is offered as a 6-month contract.
TASKS:
• Support planning and delivery of communication activities and action plans;
• Improve and develop internal and external communication channels;
• Recommend ways to strengthen eu-LISA’s online visibility and content impact;
• Contribute to creation of engaging communication materials (publications, videos, newsletters, visuals);
• Advise on digital trends, social media, and audio-visual content production;
• Monitor and suggest improvements based on web and social media performance;
• Support media communications and stakeholder interactions;
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and communication workflows.

• Post-secondary education proven by a diploma;
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in administration or social media ( periods of study that overlap with employment are not included in 4-year requirement);
• Demonstrated experience in administrative work and social media, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to exercise strict professional discretion and work with highly confidential information;
• Strong personal integrity combined with a supportive, cooperative, and service orientation;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking ability;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Estonian is considered an asset.
