We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative who will focus on identifying prospective clients and initiating first contact to create new business opportunities.
This role provides a strong foundation in the FinTech industry, with clear opportunities to advance into sales or business development positions as you progress.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct active outbound sales activities (calls, emails);
- Identify and approach potential clients from various databases and sources;
- Initiate first contact and assess client needs and interests;
- Qualify leads and pass high-potential opportunities to the Sales Manager;
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- A confident and proactive communication style;
- Courage to approach new contacts and handle objections;
- Interest in sales and business development;
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written);
- A goal-oriented mindset and self-discipline;
- Previous sales experience (considered an advantage but not mandatory).
