Job Description
Management and development of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001);
Implementation of IMS requirements across company departments;
Management of objectives and KPIs, preparation of management reports;
Handling of non-conformities, claims, and CAPA activities;
Preparation for audits and inspections, interaction with authorities;
Coordination of occupational health and working environment activities, including risk assessment and workplace inspections.

Requirements
Higher education (preferably technical) in engineering, management, or a related field;
Practical experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001;
Strong documentation management and data analysis skills;
Proficiency in English, and Estonian Russian;
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
