Strategic management of the production sites in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

Efficient allocation of orders between production sites to ensure maximum capacity utilisation

Increasing production efficiency and profitability through the implementation of Lean approaches and digitalisation (IoT, automation, ERP, AI-based forecasting)

Implementation and monitoring of production KPI

Managing cross-border risks and logistics in compliance with EU standards and environmental requirements

Higher technical education

Many years of managerial experience in a production environment (metalworking, mechanical engineering)

Proven experience in implementing Lean practices, MES/ERP/IoT systems and data-driven decision-making)

Good understanding of the fundamentals of financial literacy

Language skills at the following level: English – Upper-Intermediate or above, Russian – good spoken level; knowledge of Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian will be considered an advantage
