Workstation Technical Support LEADING ENGINEER

• Installation and configuration of computer workstation hardware, software, printers and other peripheral equipment;
• Workstation maintenance and incidents resolution;
• Collaboration with computer users to provide technical support and to assist in the resolution of software and hardware problems. Identification of recurring hardware and software problems and recommendation of plans for prevention and resolution;
• Training requirements evaluation, materials development, and computer users’ trainings regarding computer operations, multimedia and maintenance;
• Effective BAIP Tallinn or Tartu branch management.

• 3-5 years’ experience in installing, configuring, maintaining and testing computer workstation hardware, software, printers and other peripheral equipment.
• Skills in troubleshooting computer workstation hardware and software problems;
• Skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users;
• Expertise in Windows 7 and Windows 8;
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing;
• Good English and Russian language knowledge;
• Driver license.

Beneficial skills:

• Experience in fixing HP and Konica Minolta printers;
• MCSA sertificates for Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft 8;
• Big motivation to learn and develop.
