WEB AND eCOMMERCE SPECIALIST

YOUR MAIN ROLE

• You will be responsible for Website Content Management and enhancing User Experience (UX) on all Northern European Customer Service websites for the BSH brands
• You will be responsible for driving revenues and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on all Northern European online shops for the BSH brands; including the implementation, follow-up and analysis of online campaigns
• You will support Digital Marketing activities (CRM, SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc.)

YOU ARE A PERFECT CANDIDATE IF

• You are service-minded and have a passion for improving online user experience and driving online shop turnover
• You have previously worked successfully with website content management, eCommerce, UX, CRO and web analytics
• You are able to multitask in fast paced environment, are self-going and thrive when working on own initiative
• You have a positive can-do attitude, you are a great team player and like to work together with multiple stakeholders
• You are a problem solver and quick learner - motivated by new challenges
• You possess attention to detail with a strong desire to deliver high quality results
• You have a Bachelor´s degree and you are fluent in English - any Scandinavian languages are a plus
