The Waiter / Waitress reports to our Management team, works closely with Restaurant attendants, and adhere to our company’s missions, guiding principles, hallmarks, policies and procedures.
The job profile includes, but not limited to, the following:
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times in the working and guest areas.
Ensuring all the service standards.
A thorough understanding and knowledge of all the Food and Beverage items on the menu, take food and beverage orders and ‘up-sell’ whenever possible.
To ensure all the opening and closing procedure of the outlet are met.
The suitable candidate should possess minimum of tertiary education to school leaver level.
Hotel Management Degree/Diploma, or on the job training gained with another reputable Restaurant or Hotel, would be an added advantage.
You must have work experience in the similar position for at least 3 years in a high standing Restaurant.
