VIP CRM Specialist

Key Job Functions

• Create and execute high value CRM campaigns and bonus set-ups
• Keep updated the high value customer communication calendar
• Build & automate lifecycle communication in collaboration with central CRM towards decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement in high value segments
• Pulling and organizing segmentation lists to prepare for execution of campaigns for high value segments
• Set-up communications and send them out through CRM channels across the customer lifecycle
• Test the quality and functionality of CRM Campaigns
• Evaluate campaigns using A/B tests and control groups and create basic reports
• Build and optimize Email templates
• Provide basic post data reports on high level CRM Campaigns
• Optimize on-site content and journeys for high value customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Having an understanding of either iGaming or CRM.

•  

  Working under pressure and have great time management skills.

   

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)

   

• Understanding of digital Marketing or experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial
