Bilingual Verification Specialist

We solve the toughest background screening problems to help organisations work smarter and ensure people are hired quickly.

We are looking for people to verify the facts provided by job candidates of our client companies. This will include making telephone calls, emailing and using our systems to verify standard education, employment as well as conducting credit, criminal and database checks in order to prepare reports for our client.
Our verifications specialists are called Researchers, it’s vital that they’re on the ball as we have to comply with data protection legislation, our operating procedures and Service Level Agreements. All Researchers join our company as Trainees and after comprehensive training and a new starter support programme they graduate to Researchers. From here the world is their oyster, our Operations Department is very much the springboard for HireRight with people moving into Senior, Quality, Account Management and many others internal roles.

In order to succeed as a Trainee Researcher role, you will need to have:
• Proficiency in English and one of the following foreign languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Romanian, Dutch, German, French, Italian.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with excellent grammar and spelling accuracy.
• Confidence in using a PC and MS Office programmes such as Outlook.
• Confidence in making and receiving telephone calls.
• Enhanced team working and collaborative spirit.
• Be service minded, respectful, polite, self-motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Able to meet company standards and benchmarks for productivity by taking ownership and pride.
