Senior lead software/web developer

We are looking for a lead developer that will manage the development of the project from the ground up. Your job will be to identify the time frames, requirements of further resourcing as well as project planning and implementation. Furthermore, this role will require you to be involved in both management and physically developing the key software components.

* Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
* In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)

* Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
* Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.
* Understanding accessibility and security compliance
* User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
* Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
* Write clean code to develop functional web applications
* Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
