Estonian speaking Sales & Customer Service Specialist

Tasks:
*Customer service;
*Order fulfillment, telephone contact with an individual customer;
*Promotion and sales of products;
*Customer relationship management;
*Database management;
*Administration and work with the internal system.

Requirements:
*Proficiency in Estonian (minimum level C1);
*Knowledge of English (B2 level) or knowledge of Polish;
*Minimum secondary education;
*Experience in similar positions will be appreciated (in sales and/or call center);
*Highly communicative and developed interpersonal skills;
*Independence, ability to solve problems, resistance to stress;
*Motivation, commitment, responsibility;
*Knowledge of MS Office.
