Beauty/FMCG/parapharmacy products trader

The role of Trader is an integral part of our small Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers and customers, and therefore will need to be extremely self-motivated, able to work efficiently and independently within time constraints and have sufficient experience in Excel. Whilst knowledge and experience of the beauty/FMCG service sector would be advantageous, it is not necessary as we are looking for candidates who can really demonstrate commercial acumen, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. The successful candidate will share our values and be keen to learn new skills.

Responsibilities of the role are:

• Existing and acquired by trader contacts cold calls
• New contacts searching on the internet (LinkedIn, Alibaba, Yellow pages, b2b sites etc)
• Sending offers
• Offers pricing analysis (if offers are worth working on etc, cooperation with assistant on that matter)
• Markets analysis (what’s hot on what market, pricing policies, etc)
• Cooperation with company assistant on logistics (transport prices, timing, ETAs etc)
• Goods acceptance in the office/warehouse (if needed), no box lifting, only counting (in case of female worker)
• Suppliers/clients network expanding
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with agreed portfolio
• Achieving Commercial income targets
• Sourcing new product lines, in line with internal business strategy whilst maintaining focus on external customer retention and development strategy
• Ongoing price management, ensuring the Company remain competitive in the market place

Languages are needed:
• English (writing, speaking) good level – communication with partners is mostly over email
• Estonian (writing, speaking) good level – enough for understanding tasks etc
• Russian (speaking, understanding) everyday use level
